The traditional method of oil and gas piping modification involves extensive flushing, chemical cleaning and drying followed by time-consuming filling, pressurizing and hydrotesting of full pipe runs. The MITT tool makes traditional chemical cleaning and system hydrotesting methods for piping modifications obsolete.
