To make greater progress, DE&I must be firmly embedded in our strategy.  We have announced that we have moved Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives under the responsibility of our Chief Strategy Officer. To ensure our success and accelerate our progress, we will also be adding several dedicated DE&I resources as well as leveraging some of our existing resources for this important initiative. 

Our approach is to implement actions that support diversity through the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, DEI-focused talent development, company-wide initiatives focused on equitable inclusion, and benchmarking and reporting our progress.  We know that aligning resources on these key areas will drive change faster.
